Who Qualifies: U.S. residents who originally purchased an eligible iPhone in the United States between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, for personal or business use and not for resale.
Eligible iPhone Models:
• iPhone 15 Pro
• iPhone 15 Pro Max
• iPhone 16
• iPhone 16e
• iPhone 16 Plus
• iPhone 16 Pro
• iPhone 16 Pro Max
Potential Payment: $25 per eligible device. The payment may decrease or increase up to $95 per device, depending on the number of valid claims and other factors.
You will need information to verify your eligible iPhone, such as the device serial number. If you received a settlement notice, have your Claim ID and PIN ready.
Claim Deadline: December 21, 2026
Final Approval Hearing: February 24, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. PT
The lawsuit alleges that Apple advertised certain Siri Apple Intelligence features that eligible purchasers did not receive as expected. Apple denies the allegations, and there has been no finding of liability. Payments will be issued only if the settlement receives final approval and valid claims are approved.
