Do you have extra Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on hand? Or… are you looking for an excuse to pick some up from the store? Be sure to try this easy Reese’s Fudge Recipe!
I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and I most definitely love FUDGE. Combine the two together and you’ll get no complaints from me! This recipe is super easy and requires only three ingredients… including the Reese’s! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Ingredients:
- 15 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 5 – 7 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Crumbled {for topping}
- 3 Cups of Milk Chocolate Chocolate Chips
- 14oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions:
- Line a 13×9” pan with wax paper. Place the peanut butter cups in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. 15 seem to fit nicely for me, but you can use more or less depending on the size of your Reese’s and/or your pan.
- Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until chips and milk are melted together.
- Once everything is melted together, spread evenly over peanut butter cups in prepared pan.
- Immediately sprinkle with the crumbled Reese’s, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
- Cool until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve!
