Here’s another fun and easy treat to make with marshmallows!
These Gingerbread Marshmallow Pops are sure to be a crowd pleaser. Not only are the super CUTE, they are so easy to make, even the kids can do it!
Gingerbread Marshmallow Pops
INGREDIENTS (yields 6 pops)
- 12 Regular Marshmallows
- 24 Mini Marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cup Gingerbread Melting Chips
- 1/4 cup White Melting Chips
- 6 Lollipop Sticks or Paper Straws
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- Heat Gingerbread Candy Chips in large bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Push 2 marshmallows onto stick to form head and body.
- Dip and roll or spoon to coat well.
- Allow to set for several minutes.
- Dip 4 mini marshamallows in melted candy and place as hands and feet (be care ful as these may want to slip down the pop).
- Allow to set.
- Reheat chips of 30 seconds and stir.
- Take pop and spread a thin additional coat of candy on front.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Allow to dry.
- Heat White Candy Chips in large bowl by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
- Transfer white chocolate to small plastic bag and clip very tiny piece of corner to use for piping.
- Pipe eyes, mouths, buttons and cuffs on each.
- Allow to set.
